Wish is looking for a Project Manager to build communication channels with our logistic vendors in Asia, US and Europe from both operational and technical perspectives.

As a Project Manager you will strategize and execute on Wish supply chain logistics by managing 3rd party shipping carriers and 3PL warehouse vendor relationships, and in-house WishPost and FBW to ensure that API integration engineering is operationally seamless.

What you'll do:

• Manage the project implementation for our global logistics and engineering teams, to ensure effective and efficient API system integration for shipping, fulfillment and tracking partners.
• Be the pinnacle contact to manage the relationships between our China and US based teams that support FBW and WishPost program initiatives that are related engineering operations
• Run data analysis to gather new system requirements and manage our internal project initiatives using Jira.
• Drive strategy and communicate with stakeholders by rendering system flow chart to roadmap engineering projects, and manage timelines with relevant teams to get features implemented.
• Work with merchant support and BD team in US, China and EU to provide merchant support for FBW onboard, inbound, fulfillment, outbound, return and other related issues.
• Use data analysis to plan and implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems and processes.

Who you are:

• At least 3+ years of technical logistics/supply chain operations experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin, can communicate effectively, speak and write
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or Economics
• Strong Excel skills with proven analytic skills, including, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
• Understanding of eCommerce shipping, cross-border shipping requirements.
• Familiar with warehousing in an eCommerce environment, especially cross-border eCommerce.
• Experience with Restful API integration process.
• Track record in planning, execution and delivery of projects.
• Understanding of INCOTERMS and familiarity with customs, tax, and duty requirements for international shipping.
• Ability to travel occasionally, strong experience with supplier performance management and reporting in working with performance metrics, performance scorecards and supplier review.
• Ability to drive change with a long term perspective across multiple functions and transform the business.
• Ability to cope with a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization, technical and non-technical audience.
