Receptionist

Our first product is a suite of APIs that allow AI teams to generate high-quality ground truth data. In order to accomplish this, we are building out our Employee Experience Team and are looking to hire a Receptionist to create memorable experiences at Scale HQ.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Scale as you interact with visitors and employees at reception and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience.
- Manage our sign-in system, Envoy, and notify hosts that their guests have arrived as needed.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable by organizing and cleaning the area throughout the day.
- Take note of any ideas to improve the entry experience and communicate ideas with the rest of the Employee Experience Team.
Required Experience
- 0-2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Experience thriving in fast paced work environments and managing multiple tasks.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach to your work and an ability to positively solve any problems that may arise along the way.
