About the role:
This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding their car buying experience. Customer Service Associates will handle inquiries to include questions related to the vehicle and respective documentation associated with the purchase. They help to ensure that the customer has a positive experience throughout the transaction.
Essential Functions of the job:
Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Handle inquiries customers have throughout the selling or buying process with SHIFT
- Interact over the phone and email directly with customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Others duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have access to high-speed internet
- Advanced computer skills involving using the internet, word processors, spreadsheets and websites to their fullest extent.
- Strong computer skills; experience with Apple products a plus
- A self-starter who is motivated to meet goals
- Must have strong organization skills.
- Account management, customer success team, post sale/post acquisition background a plus
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Will remain in a seated position for extended periods of time.
- Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer, chat support and email.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
