Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web. 

We’re looking for a Renewals Manager to help manage the ongoing contractual relationships and success of Webflow’s Enterprise customers.  You’ll be responsible for managing renewal contract negotiations with customers, driving expansion and multi-year deals, forecast retention amongst accounts, strategizing with leadership on how to improve retention outcomes, and working directly with our product team to deliver customer feedback.

As a Renewals Manager, you’ll … 

  • Manage the subscription renewal process with Webflow’s Enterprise clients to maintain service and retain revenue. 
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that create win/win outcomes by improving contract value while enhancing the customer relationship. 
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand the customers goals, issues, and key factors related to their contract renewal. 
  • Forecast renewal likelihood amongst your Enterprise book of business.
  • Build and suggest improvements to our current renewals process.

About you 

You’ll thrive as (a) Renewals Manager if you have:

  • At least 5+ years of Renewals, Customer Success or Account Management experience, with a SaaS company or digital marketing agency. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to present complex pricing and contractual language in an accessible and engaging way to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive level conversations with customers. 
  • Comfort pushing back on difficult customer requests, while using negotiation skills to get to a win/win outcome.
  • Keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points to ultimately measure Webflow’s financial impact on the customer’s business.
  • Great people skills: genuine, warm, curious, engaging, conversational, friendly, empathetic, and caring. 
  • Excellent organizational, note taking, project management, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity and experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required.
