What You’ll Do:

• Work with data and cross-functional partners to identify areas of opportunity to better risk differentiate our customers
• Create end to end solutions from data insight to strategy to user facing changes and work with our analytics partners to measure impact
• Identify areas for risk to be a growth driver and actively manage the risk profile of our portfolio
• Create a clear, compelling, and actionable strategy that is based on data-driven insights
• Scope out and conduct tests to measure impact of risk actions and pricing changes on our customers 
• Become a go-to expert on risk across different product lines
• Partner closely with multiple teams at Next including Insurance product & Compliance, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Claims and Legal to define and launch solutions

What We Need: 

• 3+ years of top-tier management consulting, investment banking and/or product analytics experience; with spikes in problem solving and collaboration
• Experience in risk, fintech/insurtech a plus
• Proven experience in using data driven methods in decision making and strong analysis skills
• Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
• Customer obsessed, passionate about creating solutions that serve and empower small business owners
• Able to work independently and comfortable with ambiguity
• BA/BS degree from a top university; graduate degree preferred but not required
