About the Role:
RollWorks is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business System Analyst. Reporting to our RollWorks RevOps Director, you will be responsible for RollWorks critical sales systems and related processes. You will also be responsible for analyzing existing processes and systems design, create new processes and systems for scale, manage your own project timelines, and juggle and prioritize various projects simultaneously in a high growth company.

The impact you’ll make:
- Build productive relationships with a global engineering team including systems developers.
- Support the evaluation, design and architecture of the sales technology stack.
- Understand the full sales cycle, and design solutions that interface with SFDC and partner applications.
- Drive a cross-functional and integrated approach to sales solutions.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce system setup and configuration.
- Create a systems governance model including managing Salesforce security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets, create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, rules, workflows and other salesforce.com objects or functions.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Analyze and determine the application and interface solutions.
- Design and develop complex reports as needed.
- Drive and execute the functional design, testing, change management and end-user acceptance for projects and enhancements as needed.
- Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplification.
- Provide assistance with data migration tasks (mapping, cutover, legacy loads etc.).
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or other quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Admin certification required
- Understanding of Anaplan, Marketo and NetSuite systems and their integrations with SFDC.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics and Salesforce CPQ is a plus
- In‐depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through AppExchange and/or integration with external systems
- Deep understanding of Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity Management
- Good understanding of related business processes like contract management, quoting, and the order/fulfillment cycle in order to support impact analysis and design for proposed solutions
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management
