What will you do?
- Hands on Salesforce configuration and administration including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and Visualforce/Apex.
- You’ll split your time supporting Salesforce.com projects as well as other modern SaaS projects in support of SentinelOne’s business growth such as Workday and NetSuite.
- Document requirements and user stories and then configure the respective SaaS application accordingly.
- Write test scripts and test plans.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- User training and support.
- Manage delivery timeframes and communications.

What skills & knowledge should you bring?
- 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation of modern SaaS technologies using agile methodologies.
- Hands on Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience.
- Experience and working knowledge in the AWS cloud environment.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
