The Curriculum (Your Role):

Seesaw is looking for an experienced educator who thrives in a fast-moving environment to join our growing content team. The Implementation Specialist embodies a customer-first mindset. You will be the driving force in helping teachers maximize their experience with Seesaw Lessons. You will work directly with teachers, schools and internal teams to ensure successful adoption, implementation and ongoing satisfaction with Seesaw Lessons. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting educators, is detail oriented, knows Seesaw inside and out and is experienced in building relationships.


Your Classmates (The Team):

This role reports into the Seesaw Lessons Implementation Manager. You will be partnering with customers, content product managers, customer success and the sales team to ensure customers successfully implement Seesaw lessons.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • Manage a portfolio of customers ensuring successful activation and a sustained, customer implementation year-over year for each customer.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience during calls, emails, chat, and customer escalations to develop positive client relationships.
  • Address customer issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as needed.
  • Support customer implementation projects with guidance and support. This could include creating custom alignments, demonstration materials, implementation support materials etc.
  • Provide strategic thinking in how to best meet customer needs in accordance with a deep understanding of each account’s goals, Seesaw experience, internal school/district processes, curriculum and training. 

Prerequisites (Basic Requirements):

  • 2+ years Classroom experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Seesaw
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple accounts while being upbeat, optimistic and energetic.
  • Powerful communication and relationship building skills by phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Self-Managing, especially as a Remote position, organized, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Collaborative teammate who is values-driven, supportive, and committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). 

Extracurriculars (Nice to Haves):

  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a big plus.
