We are looking for a Senior Business Operations and Strategy Partner for the Sports and Live Entertainment organization at Unity. Does having ownership over multiple facets of building and growing the business as well as covering both strategic and executional elements appeal to you? As a newly-established business line with an innovative, agile, and highly-productive team, we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded, multi-functional operator to join the team in its early stages and contribute tremendously to its growth and success. The role will report to the Head of Business Operations for Sports.

What you’ll be doing

• Directly impact business decisions, support day-to-day operations, and plan for long-term growth via multi-faceted responsibilities across Operations, Marketing, and Product
• Lead all aspects of planning and management of projects and assignments that support business goals including partnering with Finance and Legal on critical business operations such as vendor management or procurement process or assisting in the development of content for staff meetings and business reviews
• Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team, encompassing Communications, Public Relations, Events, and Brand to carry out tasks vital to market the business
• Support holistic business planning and decision-making through research and analysis, clear presentation of considerations, and measurable recommendations
• Collaborate with other business units, staying up-to-date with pivotal initiatives and technology developments across the company in order to drive decisions

What we’re looking for

• Strong candidates will demonstrate an ability in business operations, consulting, product, or product marketing roles
• Extraordinarily organized and experienced in planning and leading pivotal initiatives along with communicating cross-functionally among executives, business units, departments, and teams
• Ability to source and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, derive insights, make recommendations, and logically and concisely communicate the findings
• Optimistic demeanor, a can-do approach, eagerness to learn, and the ability to influence through authenticity, emotional intelligence, and building trust

You might also have

• Experience in financial analysis and modeling is a strong plus
• Understanding of the sports business
• Experience in early-stage startup operations is a plus
