The Opportunity

Unity Technologies, creator of the world’s leading real-time 3D development platform, is seeking an analytical, communicative, highly motivated, and intellectually curious Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join our growing Core Unity & Cloud (CCO) Business Operations team!

This role will support a variety of business initiatives, working with senior leadership and be responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations, facilitating change in CCO Business Operations. You will champion bringing CCO’s business priorities and plans to life and help to implement a smooth rhythm of business across our organization of 900+ people. We are looking for someone who will be comfortable working with a globally distributed multinational organization and exhibit strong communication, judgment, and execution skills as well as excellent cross-team collaboration.

A successful candidate will thrive in high-velocity, unstructured environments, collaborating with diverse teams and be proficient at optimizing business processes, driving execution, and have unwavering follow through.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive execution of Business Operations programs and projects such as communications, tracking goal-setting/OKR’s, process improvements, and yearly budgeting and planning activities in partnership with Finance, Recruiting, and HR partners
  • Support decision-making through research, analysis of information, and clear presentation of considerations as well as helping structure and develop action plans to drive follow through
  • Ensure the Rhythm of Business is running smoothly and that leadership has visibility of important dates and initiatives
  • Support the Head of Business Operations for CCO, collaborating with senior management and department leaders, and owning various administrative and operational programs
  • Help to facilitate meetings, all-hands and off-sites; crafting presentations and ensuring crucial materials are prepared

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in business, operations, or program/project management roles
  • Outstandingly organized and specialized in planning key initiatives and communicating cross-functionally among Leadership Team members, business units, departments, groups, and teams
  • Google suite power-user with experience designing tools and modeling data to support programs and projects
  • Previous experience with product development or supporting product development organizations is strongly desired
  • Previous experience working with technical engineering groups strongly desired
  • Bonus points: familiarity with Amazon business operations initiatives
