We are looking for a strong executive to join our leadership team. The Senior Director of Business Operations will oversee our strategic operational functions as we expand globally, and will help drive the direction of our business. This key leadership role will provide strategic direction to our COO and founders that will help create new opportunities that accelerate our business forward. This leader will drive tremendous impact as we prepare to expand our business offerings, enter new global markets, and take the company public. 


The ideal candidate is a strong business operations leader, who is looking to challenge themselves by stepping into a complex, hypergrowth environment. You love the intellectual challenge of tackling complex, and novel problems. You are comfortable in a cross-functional leadership role, where you influence complex groups of executives and other stakeholders while defining a cohesive operations strategy aligned with high-level company goals 


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • BizOps & Strategy: Assemble & lead cross-functional teams to execute company-critical projects (e.g. new product introduction, post-acquisition integration, new-market entry). Collaborate closely with the COO & founders.
  • Ensure key strategic initiatives (e.g. launching a new product) are prioritized appropriately and stay on track
  • Scope and lead special projects in order to inform the strategic direction of the company (corporate development, competitive intelligence, and other)
  • Grow and manage the business operations team in a sustainable way while delivering on the above outcomes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Systems thinker: Highly analytical, able to break down a problem. Builds robust models & frameworks aimed at solving problems.
  • Change management: Able to influence stakeholders to effect process change. Thoughtful approach from planning to monitoring.
  • Program Management: Able to ensure Program Management initiatives are tackled successfully in a systematic and scalable way.
  • Special Projects: Able to ensure projects are delivered within target timelines in an environment with competing demands
  • Data Integrity: Able to assess and ensure quality of data needed for analysis
  • Analysis: Able to design, conduct, interpret and review quantitative and qualitative analyses (this includes the ability to work effectively with the data team and manage analyses of others) 
  • Team Management: Able to provide direction through results oriented team/personal OKRs
  • Stakeholder Management: Able to influence complex groups of executives and other stakeholders
