The mission for this role is to develop and manage our import, import compliance, forward logistics, and reverse logistics systems in a cost- and quality- efficient manner. This person will manage the 3PL relationships to meet on time delivery and cost targets, by work closely with planning, sales ops, order management teams.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Prime Hinge Health for exponential growth in various products and markets by developing and executing a highly-efficient 3PL, distribution, and reverse logistics strategy.
• Develop a world-class import program, ensuring compliance with Hinge Health guidelines, US import law, and international trade legislation, while also being cost- and quality- centric.
• Ensure scaleable internal systems and flows that will allow us to easily manage production, and order and track shipments with our external partners
• Ensure that Hinge Health has a robust, detailed reporting process for shipments
