Senior Manager, Client Insights at Affirm

We’re looking for intelligent, driven professionals to join our Client Strategy & Insights team! This client-facing team is responsible for driving client analytics and delivering recommendations to our merchant base. You will have strong analytical skills to tackle problems as well as interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and lead a group of high performers!
What You’ll Do- Build cross-functional relationships and partner with our Client Success, Sales, Data Infra Engineering, Program Management, and Analytics teams to grow the existing portfolio of accounts
- Lead a robust team and drive professional development goals of the team
- Build out analytics to develop and drive client relationships, find opportunities, and differentiate Affirm from competitors
- Develop core growth analyses and critical metrics to evaluate Affirm’s product performance and identify strategic commercial initiatives
- Develop and execute on strategies to establish Affirm market share in key verticals
- Build processes and uses cases to scale reporting and data usage among Affirm’s evolving merchant portfolio
- Lead and analyze the performance of financing programs and A/B tests
- Maintain a strong understanding of our evolving data warehouse
- Become a specialist in the retail POS financing and e-commerce space
- Passion and aim to work at the intersection of payments and commerce
- 8+ years of proven experience in a client-facing analytically-driven role (consulting, analytics, etc.)
- +2 years of experience of managing and mentoring team members
- Successful track record of building strategy and driving towards execution and impact
- Solid understanding of analytical and BI tools, such as SQL, Python, and Looker
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and prioritize with technical and non-technical partners
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to upper management and external clients
- Intuition to dig for insights in data and inspire change based on those insights
- Ability to apply structure and prioritize in a fast-paced, multifaceted and ambiguous work environment
- Enough laziness to find a faster way to do your least favorite tasks
