DoorDash Storefront is DoorDash’s first B2B SaaS business, helping merchants build their own e-commerce channels and grow their first party digital sales. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to build the playbook and team to help merchants grow same-store digital sales via their first party e-commerce channels. This includes:

1. Partnering with product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to build new growth levers 
2. Rapidly testing growth tactics to drive same-store digital sales growth, ranging from paid marketing, promotions, merchandising, and funnel optimization 
3. Working with merchants, account management, and product marketing teams to drive implementation of growth tactics across both SMB and enterprise merchants
4. Manage and maximize ROI of a budget to co-fund marketing initiatives alongside merchants 

About you

• You have 7+ years of experience leading teams to achieve audacious goals; high-growth and startup experience is a plus
• You have a strong understanding of consumer growth marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social), digital merchandising, promotions, funnel optimization, and offline marketing
• You get excited about both strategy and implementation; you enjoy the challenge of driving adoption of growth tactics across a large base of merchants
• You have outstanding analytical skills, and are comfortable pulling data in SQL or modeling in Excel
• You are technically savvy (for example, you can talk to a merchant’s marketing team about attribution, or work with an engineering team to implement conversion pixels)
• You are entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, and love turning unstructured problems into a well-defined plan
• You are a superb written and oral communicator, with excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills; you are equally comfortable talking to merchants as you are to internal stakeholders
