Senior Manager, Sales Operations Manager

As the first Sales Ops hire at Moveworks, you will engage and activate our growing sales vertical. We would envision this person building a team around them in the near future.

As Sales Operations Manager at Moveworks, you’ll enable our Sales team to scale one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. The position will own all aspects of our sales operations, including technology, analytics, and operationalizing the strategy to guide our sales leaders, account executives, and sales development representatives. Our AI platform is redefining how companies support their employees, allowing them to stay productive wherever they’re working and whenever they need help. We need your expertise to take this technology to the masses.

From system administration, to process optimization, to data wizardry, you’ll become the go-to for operational matters across the Sales team. This role will give you the opportunity to lead our sales operations as a “player-coach” — combining high-level management with hands-on execution — and then evolve into a strategic, leadership role.

What you’ll do:

  • Become the operational business partner for all sales leaders, providing real-time data insights and supporting the segment-specific strategy operationalization, while ensuring consistency of process across all segments.
  • Manage our Salesforce data, ensuring perfect data hygiene via smart design, automated enrichment, and diligent hygiene processes.
  • Own Salesforce administration, configuring our environment to deliver an efficient and frictionless user experience for every sales role.
  • Manage the integrations between sales tools, eliminating redundancy to deliver a seamless user experience across our entire tech stack.
  • Implement and evolve our data and analytics layer, including performance and insights dashboards for each role on the Sales team as well as reporting for non-sales stakeholders.
  • Develop frameworks and systems for account tiering, territory management, sales compensation, quote management, and other key sales processes.
  • Work closely with FP&A and Sales leadership on sales forecasting and goal attainment tracking.


What you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations roles at enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Extensive Salesforce administration experience (e.g. workflows, process builder, custom objects, custom report types).
  • Expert user of Salesforce reporting and dashboarding functionality.
  • Expert user of Excel.
  • Experience administering other key sales tools, such as Outreach and Clari.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, with an understanding of how enterprise data flows and infrastructure works.
  • Passion for fast-paced environments, with a focus on transparency, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continual improvement.
  • A deep sense of curiosity and a desire to get your hands dirty to meet deadlines and goals.
