The Role

Lyra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Lead to manage program operations for our new Severe Care clinical programs, including Blended Care for Suicidality and Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) programs. You will work in close partnership with Clinical and Product leadership to launch, manage, and scale these high-quality, innovative programs. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by setting a strategic vision, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling scaling efforts for a complex clinical model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the growth strategy, P&L, and associated metrics for the Severe Care clinical programs
  • Manage ongoing day-to-day operations for our new clinical programs, Blended Care for Suicidality and Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) programs 
  • Partner closely with key cross-functional partners (e.g., clinical, product/design, data science, HR/Legal, product marketing) to execute on key components on the operational roadmap 
  • Closely monitor key program metrics, identifying and addressing operational risks and opportunities

Work Experience

  • 10+ years of work experience, with a background in strategy and/or high growth operations; previous experience in healthcare a plus
  • Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
