Senior Partner Enablement Manager

As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and executing on projects and programs for the CAE (Growth) business segment. You must be passionate about project management in service of operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Gong leadership on Partner business planning and strategy then building and managing stakeholder documentation overall including QxQ priorities and focus areas.
- Understand Partner business acumen on how the Partner Ecosystem makes a successful business
- Perform detailed needs Partner assessments in collaboration with Enablement and Sales Leadership to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and align to broader enablement initiatives.
- Build and manage Partner Enablement Calendar and Partner Onboarding
- Develop, manage, and collect data that contributes to monitoring the performance of Partner enablement programs.
- Build, Package and Manage the technology used for Partner Enablement (including Lessonly, Guru, Outreach, and Gong).
- Own the Partner reinforcement and tracking of sales methodology usage (Medic, Force, CVI, Sandler)
- Create and draft a Partner project team communication and update for projects and programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years of combined experience in Partner Enablement or as a senior seller (Enterprise+). Would prefer experience with Partner/Channel experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity or ideally a previous user of Gong.
- Domain Expert. Familiarity with the sales cycle and essential selling skills/ In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced in growing existing business.
- Familiar with leading Sales Methodology (Force, Medic, CVI, Sandler)
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning and project/program management skills
- Possess strong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teams
- Experience using technology to support planning, execution, and communications management
- Self-directed and resourceful
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
