About the Team

The Merchandising Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving growth by connecting DoorDash users with the most relevant selection & services, featuring compelling content from high quality merchants, and balancing our business needs. You will lead experimentation to solve consumer problems, ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives, and partner with our product, marketing, design, and analytics teams to improve our merchandising platform.

About the Role

In a typical day, Strategy & Operations Senior Managers may work to define the value of a new business initiative, run and refine experiments to drive company growth, dive into data to explain product performance at the lowest level of detail, and work side-by-side with external teams to develop our future product.

• Experiment – Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything from delivery times to the selection of merchants on the platform.

• Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, etc. teams to drive strategic initiatives and harness opportunities
• Launch - Bring consumer facing campaigns to life and ensure a seamless user experience
