Job Description
The Role
The Service Offerings Director will join the Customer Outcomes Service Portfolio function. Our mission is to define and maintain world-class Service Offerings, focused on the highest priority areas that will allow our Customer Outcomes professionals to accelerate product adoption and drive customer business outcomes with customers around the world.
The Service Offerings Director will be responsible for a number of Service Offerings and will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of these services. Our Service Offerings will rely on world-class people, process & methodologies, leading practices, technology, and analytics that will be developed through collaboration with peer organizations. The Service Offerings Director will partner closely with colleagues across the company to define, launch and continuously improve services.
An ideal candidate will have a deep customer-centric perspective and a highly collaborative nature. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience creating and managing world-class offerings, as well as positioning those offerings with key customers in the pursuit of realizing accelerated product adoption and driving customer business outcomes.
What you get to do in this role:
- Develop a strong trusted advisor relationship with key executive across ServiceNow, including the Customers Outcomes Geo VPs, Global VP of Advisory, as well as Sales and Solution Consulting and ACE leaders.
- Partner closely with customer outcomes, customer success and product management leadership to ensure maximum value is delivered to our customers from our investment in these areas.
- Define a framework and roadmap to strategically identify, prioritize and consistently deliver the needs across our solutions & products portfolio.
- Develop the GTM strategy and plan, demand/supply analysis, pricing strategy, enablement plans and continuous service improvement.
- Guide a team of professionals who contribute to the creation of service assets that will help customers unleash the full potential of their investment from a process, product, platform, and data standpoint.
- Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves and contributing to the creation of those offerings together with your team as an entrepreneur.
- Sponsor key customer relationships at C-level.
Qualifications

- Experience with GTM strategy and execution
- Experience bringing new services to market at scale
- Experience in professional services or management consulting firms
- Outstanding track-record of delivering results
- Stakeholders management and executive relationships
- People centric and value-oriented mindset
- Strategic planning and analysis
- Synthesizing and simplifying
- Thought leader and innovative thinker
- Ideally, experience with Service Management practices
- Ideally, experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms/products
