Helix is also currently helping communities and health systems safely navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic by leveraging our state-of-the-art CLIA / CAP lab to provide an end-to-end, highly scalable solution to detect active COVID-19 infections. We provide ordering and return of results, sample collection, a high sensitivity and specificity assay, and a highly automated clinical laboratory.

As a Snr. Business Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Own the end to end processes across functional back office departments
  • Drive transactional processes related to finance, operations, supply chain, people, technology, data management
  • Facilitate continuous process improvement and process management
  • Identify pain points and recommend system solutions
  • Breakdown barriers that prohibit goal achievement
  • Obtain a deep understanding of organizational structure to identify gaps and solutions
  • Collaborate with product management team and functional owners
  • Create automated reports to drive cross functional efficiencies and timely reporting

Required:

  • Proficient in NetSuite is a MUST, experience with smartview is a plus
  • 7+ years experience and knowledge with order to cash, procure to pay, record to reports
  • Experience with inventory management, sales operations
  • Able to work autonomously, proactively and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pluses:

  • Healthcare/life sciences background
  • Ability to work in a changing, dynamic environment
  • Project Management experience
  • System implementation experience
  • Analytical & critical thinker
