OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance team and drive optimization of Financial Systems including Oracle Financials Cloud and other hosted 3rd party financial systems. The ideal candidate will have proven business domain and system configuration experience.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Functional and Technical expertise of Oracle Cloud Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA, Procurement, Payments, RMCS, etc.)
- Exceptionally strong experience covering Tax across the platform and 3rd party feeding systems (i.e. Vertex)
- Work with key stakeholders to perform system analysis, documentation on current processes and system process flows
- Develop detailed system requirements and solution recommendations through requirements elicitation and design sessions
- Execute system configuration changes and own managing the changes through the lifecycle of the implementation
- Act as the liaison between the business and technical resources and have the ability to articulate business requirements to technical specifications (including data mapping, configuration, integrations, and post-launch support)
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system requirements, technical specifications, test scripts, training materials, post-production project & enhancement artifacts
- Perform QA on system changes and deliver quality builds to the business for seamless UAT testing
- Build reports and data queries in OTBI and educate the business on self serve reporting capabilities.

- 8+ years in a Business Systems Analyst position largely supporting the Oracle EBS or Cloud systems
- Proficient with Oracle systems such as OTBI, OIC, update/refresh processes
- Proven experience delivering on highly complex projects both in Oracle and in other 3rd party financial systems.
- Strong background in financial concepts and accounting practices alongside system solutioning
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience working in an Agile environment and supporting tools desired
- Carries a “can do” attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm to help others.
