Role Overview:

The Sr. Go-To-Market Enablement Director will architect and design our Go-To-Market (“GTM”) readiness and effectiveness program by building capabilities and creating behaviors that accelerate growth and retention while transforming the careers of our GTM team.

In partnership with GTM Leadership and the Solutioning Group, the Sr. GTM Enablement Director will create and design a development philosophy focused on flexible, high-impact learning, training and coaching methodologies that fully supports our unique business needs. This will include efforts for GTM overall and then tailoring for each team within the GTM organization. 

 

The ideal candidate will be highly driven, organized, analytical, strategic, creative and collaborative, with domain expertise across all segments and roles of the business: Sales, Client Success, Partnerships/Alliances, GTM strategy and operations, corporate / product / consumer marketing, solutions consulting and sales management. 

 

We're looking for someone passionate and creative in their approach to GTM enablement. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and design of sales readiness/effectiveness programs and tools. This includes partnering with Sales and Client Success leadership to analyze and assess gaps in performance, prioritize solutions and ensure solutions are robust, scalable and effective at

driving optimal growth and retention results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and lead the comprehensive learning journey for GTM Team that spans role-specific on-boarding to ongoing sales and client delivery readiness and effectiveness
  • Oversee needs analysis to understand our current talent landscape and create scalable solutions
  • Develop a point-of-view about the learning and development priorities for GTM overall and each team within GTM, then work with appropriate SMEs and stakeholders across the organization to curate and deliver high-impact training 
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to design and deliver training curriculum, training programs and certifications
  • Manage the GTM enablement content repository on the most effective platforms and ensure that all information is current, relevant and accessible by our GTM teams
  • Define best practices and core OKRs to measure team proficiency
  • Design / facilitate GTM off-sites and other regional or team-based training sessions including agendas, content, logistics and presenters from all relevant departments
  • Facilitate cohorts, coaching sessions, and engaging meetings in virtual and in-person environments
  • Support learning deliverables through standardized and consistent processes and solicit feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred and/or relevant GTM enablement leadership experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in a talent management, leadership development, program management, and/or learning & development experience combined with a strong sales enablement, growth training or sales operations background, preferably in a B2B high tech start-up environment
  • Ability to lead with a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Outstanding presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You need to be compelling, engaging and captivating
  • Demonstrated skills in adapting content to different audiences
  • Highly analytical, able to report and analyze GTM effectiveness metrics
  • Effective project management with cross-functional collaboration, team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to partner and help facilitate the development of content around sales and accounts product training materials and collateral as well as instructional design
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to think big picture and comfortably make recommendations
