Job Description

General Purpose:

  •  Corsair is growing our direct-to-consumer business, and we are expanding our team to create a scalable operational foundation. With the ever-increasing complexity of our global supply chain, we are working to create robust systems and processes that will streamline the business and allow us to take full advantage of the opportunity in our space.
  • The Sr. Manager, DTC E-Commerce Operations will manage the daily operations of our e-commerce business. This multi-faceted role will touch all areas of our operations, including but not limited to order management, supply chain planning, logistics & distribution, process creation & management and will require the candidate to effectively multi-task, prioritize and execute across numerous functions.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Work closely with the demand and supply planning teams to ensure the right inventory is staged across our fulfillment hubs to meet demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product is arriving and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Work as a bridge between the e-commerce business team and Corsair’s operations teams to execute initiatives and resolve issues.

·       Manage the order backlog and collaborate with order management teams to address all order related issues and ensure on-time shipments and delivery.

·       Manage the e-commerce operations cost reporting, from source to deliver with the goal of identifying inefficiencies in routing and transportation costs and driving down cost of our fulfillment operations.

·       Identify opportunities to reduce costs by partnering with the logistics & distribution teams to improve packaging efficiency and ensuring the right packaging stock is available for new product launches.  

·       Create, improve, and implement processes and procedures across interdependent business functions with an eye on automation.

Develop KPIs and reports to track and report upon the health of our e-commerce operations and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

·       BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related disciplines or equivalent experience

·       8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics and inventory management for a direct-to-consumer operation

·       Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations.

·       Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

·       Ability to independently problem solve and remain focused on continuous improvements.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable with managing large data sets.
  • You can exert thoughtful influence in a matrixed organization, be a strong teammate and communicator.

·       Proficient with MS Office suite – advanced skills with MS Excel

·       Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail

·       Extremely high standards of excellence
