YOUR MISSION
MURAL is looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary administrator for MURAL’s evolving go-to-market technology stack. As part of this role, you will own:
- Day to day administration and technical management of MURAL’s Connected Technology -- some of which include: Outreach, Chorus, Clari, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and DocuSign
- Partnership with Sales Enablement, other teams within Revenue Operations, and Business Leaders on adoption of the GTM tech stack, ensuring each tech investment is adding value to the organization
- Partnership with Enablement and IT to ensure that technology onboarding is a streamlined and positive experience for new GTM team members
- Research, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of new technologies to support MURAL’s evolving needs
- Serve as MURAL’s overall in-house expert on these tools
YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for:
- Expert experience (as a admin or power user) with GTM technology such as Outreach, Chorus, Clari, Chili Piper, etc
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in non-technical language
- Strong organization, research, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate effectively with a growing and evolving team
- Self-starter with high initiative and confidence
The top candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations in a SaaS Organization of 100+ Salesforce users
- Previous experience with implementation and management of widely used GTM applications such as Outreach, Clari, Chorus, ZoomInfo, and DocuSign
- A proven history of working with leaders and individual contributors alike on furthering adoption of these tools in a growth stage organization
Ideally you have...
- Experience with a wide variety of leading go-to-market technologies & how these tools integrate to Salesforce
- Passionate for an emphasis on the quality of the user experience in connected technologies and educating leaders & individual contributors on how to best leverage these tools
- Self-sufficient in means of online research and a proven capability to troubleshoot technology
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SFDC reporting and dashboard creation
