In this opportunity you will be responsible for:

• Bug Fixes 
• Produce Adhoc reports & data dumps 
• Monitoring Servers: base monitoring and application
• Patching of infrastructure and software, as well as security remediation
• Create and manage builds (in SCCM) for SCIPS related desktop applications such as Agileflow 
• Monitor the nightly backups to make sure the system is up & running 
• Technical Documentation
• Backup management
• Disaster recovery documentation 
• Maintain Mantis to supportable level 13
