If you operate at execution and strategy in order to lead multiple work-streams at the same time and can pinpoint challenges ahead of time that will engage top talent, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Build upon our existing ways of operating with scale in mind to craft the future of TA Operations and Candidate Experience

  • Drive workforce and headcount planning in alignment with People, Finance, and Legal
  • Build out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance
  • Identify areas of operational improvement within Talent and build business cases with strong metrics to pursue the project
  • Create and maintain process documentation and maps, training materials, and job aids. Communicate process updates and participate in training to drive change
  • Analyze multitudes of data in order to identify, evaluate, and implement the systems and tools that best meet the needs of a dramatically growing organization

What We Need

  • 7+ years experience taking a Talent project or program from inception to completion with an ability to manage multiple complex and national projects at once
  • Ability to work both independently and within teams, including virtual teams, with a focus on our culture and values
  • Experience owning Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting systems
  • Demonstrated data analytics experience with Tableau
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics in order to identify indicators of success as well as areas of opportunity
  • BA/BS degree required

Unstoppable Qualities

  • You’re a lover of all things data, automation technologies, metrics and charts
  • Experience in fintech or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience with workforce planning, ideally at a rapid growth startup
