Technical Partnerships Manager
About the Role:
As our Technical Partnerships Manager, you'll enable the ongoing success for our partners, establish solid relationships, and create positive outcomes for all integrations. In collaboration with our product team, you will develop the vision for the future of our integration platform and provide a clear technical strategy. In this role, you'll launch and drive new business, ensuring we are able to provide a robust privacy solution for our current and future partners.
What You'll Do:
- Own partnerships, technical integrations, and operations with all Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners for the DataGrail Integration Network (DGIN). Prioritize and execute on developing integrations with ISVs while designing and building a technical partnership strategy that enables DataGrail to differentiate through its integrations.
- This role will own the growth and success of the DataGrail integration Network, which serves as the foundation of our products.
- You'll accelerate the addition of new API integrations to the DGIN, covering the end-to-end process of adding/maintaining those integrations.
- Scale our Direct Contact platform to satisfy onboarding requirements for new customers.
- Establish robust relationships with our top 20 ISV partners (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, etc), and enabling ongoing success for our integrations.
- Partner with product to develop the vision for the future of our integration platform while establishing a clear technical strategy.
- Launch, promote, and maintain marketplace listings that drive new business.
- Partner with product marketing to position and promote the DGIN.
- Play an integral part of the overall development and execution of the strategy for growing API integrations in the DataGrail Integration Network.
- Teach how a powerful integration network can be the engine for a world-class technology company.
What You Need:
- 4+ years in a Product/Technical Partnerships role or similar experience.
- Experience developing and executing on the strategy for growing API integrations.
- Business development and sales background with technical expertise.
