Your mission

We are looking for a proactive, independent and driven Development Support Administrator to join a fast-growing company to assist with the development of our customers integrations.

You will

• Support the Tray.io engineering team through the development lifecycle and assisting in the implementation of 3rd party integrations.
  

• Provide high-level software support via the support ticketing system to the engineering teams
  

• Help unblock the connectivity team by testing authentications, creating sandbox accounts, etc.
  

• Own engineering external accounts, environments and signing up process for development
  

• Be an excellent communicator between technical and non-technical teams
