Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Corsair is experiencing rapid growth and with commercial success comes increasing complexity across our supply chain. Our tools, methods, processes, and procedures need to be updated and scaled to support our growing business.  

To address these issues and more, Corsair seeks a leader for our supply chain organization. From soft skills in business partnering with internal teams and external service and material providers to hard skills in supply chain tools, processes, and strategy, this newly created role will spearhead our initiatives to transform Corsair’s supply chain and achieve best in class customer satisfaction.

• Partner with internal business teams in developing solution roadmaps. Modify existing and architect new processes, procedures, and ways of working within the supply chain team and across the interdependent business functions
• Own the order to ship cycle; drive improvements to performance to schedule, including performance to customer request and performance to first commit
• Lead and execute supply chain improvement projects that improve controls, reduce process complexity and cost
• Provide analytic support to identify root cause on issues and recommend improvements across operation groups
• Manage and build a team of supply chain leaders and team members; create a high-performance culture
• Direct and coordinate global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
• Lead in an environment with a medium to high level of ambiguity in process and systems
• Lead the supply chain planners in the day-to-day execution of tasks
• Ensure the alignment of the materials with the business strategies driving sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing
• Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and motivation to combine the team’s energy and expertise to achieve a common objective
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and professionalism with clients, peers, and team members
• Provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options
• Ensure and promote compliance to Company policies and procedures

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 15+ years in progressive supply chain management experience in complex business environments with global reach
• 10+ years in an SCM executive role; leading projects and cross functional process re-engineering
• Direct experience in sourcing, implementing, and scaling supply chain management software solutions
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related disciplines or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• You can exert thoughtful influence in a matrixed organization, be a strong teammate and communicator.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and be well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
• Expert applied knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and distribution disciplines
• Proficient with MS Office suite – advanced skills with MS Excel
• Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail
• Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations
• Extremely high standards of excellence
• Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving
