Zoom is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect in the Business Application team with deep expertise in Workday integration, security, core HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll and expense.

The Workday Solutions Architect position will enable and support business solutions across HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) with a core focus on business enablement, solution design, technical architecture, integrations and support and stability of the Workday platform. This is a technical leadership role and we are looking for candidates who have the right attitude, technical expertise, collaboration skills and competencies to be successful in a fast paced and dynamic environment managing multiple priorities at the same time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integration Solution Architecture: Manage implementation of Workday Integration projects. Drive solution architecture and design making sure they are aligned with the overall business objectives and IT standards. Provide leadership and drive integration of Workday to other systems (e.g. Zuora, Netsuite, SalesForce etc.) to drive efficiency and data consistency across the organization. Design, maintain, monitor and support all People Experience system integrations.

  
  

• Cross functional Architecture: Manage Workday entire platform architecture and design process including in-depth involvement with Workday integration, core HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll and expense. Provide consultation on impacts and connect the dots between functional side and integration side.

  
  

• Integration Change and Problem Management: Define change/problems, gather requirements, analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integration solutions resulting from Change and Problem Management processes. Prevent recurrence of issues/problems through detail root cause analysis, advance solution design, and thorough implementation of the approved solution. Capture and document all relevant knowledge and know-how to compile best practices in order to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products.

  
  

• Integration Continuous Improvements: Continuously improve Workday Integration and its relevant processes by leveraging innovative and latest technology development through new implementation and enhancements to existing systems. Develop and maintain Workday Integration Standard Operating Procedures and manage the functional and technical documentation. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring of the Integration team.

  
  

• Drive Continuous Innovations: Review functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancements. Partner with PX Technology leadership to drive and consult on key business initiatives, enabled through new or existing functionality and review new releases and products and integrate into the existing Workday footprint. Drive the QA process across all modules in the Workday platform and participate in recurring Workday audits on an as needed basis. 

  
  

• Drive Extensions, Security and Operational Excellence: Drive extensions using Workday Cloud Development Platform and operational excellence initiatives by building Boomerang Integrations and automation of manual processes. Drive Security Governance and Management across all modules. Own architecture, design and delivery of critical and complex product requirements in the Identity and Security space.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent

• Certification is required

• 7+ years of experience with Workday cloud enterprise applications including Cloud Development platform

• Strong knowledge of and extensive experience working with the following Workday modules - Core HR, Comp, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking 

• Extensive understanding of the end to end functional HR business processes including audit requirements and processes

• Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Staffing BP, Alerts, Report Scheduling, Time Tracking, and Absence Management

• Proficient in configuring Core HR and creating workflows

• Familiar with integration applications such as Mulesoft a plus

• Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

• Ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
