Workplace Experience Manager

About the role
As our Workplace Experience Manager you'll be in charge of bringing Afreshies from all backgrounds together. You are the connective tissue that helps build community in a hybrid world. This includes creating a beautiful physical space, putting together events, and being a constant go-to for all Afreshies.
- Create a physical space where Afreshies love working & collaborating
- Develop programming (in and away from the office) that creates community for all Afreshies
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures as we create our hybrid work experience
- When problems arise, people know they can come to you as a trusted, quick-thinker who can connect them to the right solutions
- Manage budgets, inventory, and in-office resources
- Think two steps ahead (or more) to help ensure fewer problems arise
- Provide light IT support as needed (e.g., for Zoom Rooms)
- Coordinate with building manager on any building maintenance issues/needs
Skills and experience

- Super passionate about creating community in a hybrid world
- Have at least 3 years of experience as an office manager and/or employee experience professional
- High degree of empathy for the unique background of all Afreshies
- Can-do attitude that allows you to juggle a lot of balls at the same time without getting overwhelmed
- Experience managing vendors (people are a plus too!)
- Ability to prepare and manage budgets
- Highly reliable and and an an excellent written and verbal communicator
