• Day-to-day processing of procurement tickets in accordance with policy, ensuring timely delivery of products, assisting with invoice processing or credit card reconciliation, and inventorying of acquired products.
• Manage product and device lifecycles, reviewing and renewing current products, in addition to researching and recommending new products.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment plans with vendors.
• Work with vendors to negotiate pricing to fit financial requirements.
• Utilize creative thinking to overcome challenges with supply chain and inventory management.
• Create spend and inventory reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual level.
• Partner with Legal and Finance team members to review and build product orders.

• 2+ years experience with IT procurement.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems such as FreshService, Jira, Zendesk, etc.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Ralph, Snipe-IT, AssetPanda, etc.
• Develop and/or update documentation on purchasing and processing related policies.
• Stay up-to-date with technical trends, latest technologies, and product portfolios

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with forecasting impacts to shipping delays and supply chain shortages.
• Familiarity with the Discord (app).
• Experience processing procurement internationally.
• Possess any of the following procurement related certifications: CPSM, CSCP, CPP, CIPS, CSCM.
