Workplace Lead
About the roleÂ
We are looking for a Workplace Lead to oversee our HQ in San Francisco. For Colorado based roles:Â In accordance with applicable law, this role has an annual starting salary of $103,500 plus bonus, a competitive equity package, and benefits (see below). The actual pay may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Lead and develop an onsite team of workplace coordinators.  Â
- Manage office operations in our new flex environment: reception, mailroom, and physical security.
- Deliver an engaging physical environment for Chimers and manage space and seating services.Â
- Coordinate day-to-day interactions with an array of Workplace vendors providing janitorial, facilities, and administrative services.Â
- Oversee the SF office budget and track office-related spend; recommend cost savings when applicable.
- Manage the SF Jira queue; ensure site related tickets are triaged and answered appropriately according to SLAs set in placeÂ
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from Events, Culinary, IT and Internal Comms to create an environment where Chimers are inspired to do their best work.Â
To thrive in this role, you have     Â
- 5-8 years of workplace experience, ideally at a tech company, where you have managed an office portfolio of 200K+ SF
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and manage a high performing team
- The ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlinesÂ
- The ability to think on your feet; when things change, you roll up your sleeves and “make it happen”
- A keen eye for detail, nothing gets past youÂ
- A desire to deliver the best experience possible, ensuring everything you do is customer-centric aka Chimer obsessed!
- Strong knowledge of Envoy, JIRA, SpaceIQ, Teem
