Finix is on a mission to create the most accessible fintech market in history. To do so, we are building the global operating system for fintech. We’re rewriting the financial services industry, one API at a time, to lower barriers to entry, drive competition, and make the financial system more equitable and accessible to all businesses around the world.
Finix is unique in the market. We build payments infrastructure for vertically-focused software companies (think restaurant, yoga studio and winery software) and fintech providers so they can own and monetize payments without the heavy lift of building complex systems from scratch or relying entirely on disjointed third-party services. Our job is to make our customers’ lives easier by making payments invisible.
The Workplace Manager will join the People Team to ensure we are creating environments in which our Finixians thrive. We’re looking for someone to help build a sense of community by creating a space where people do their best work and grow.
The Impact You'll Make:
- With a proactive mindset, manage day to day operations of all workspace needs including food and catering programs, office supplies, shipping, facilities and office maintenance
- Build community by developing programs and workplace experience events to engage with our distributed Finixians. Including on/offsite team building events, breakfasts and happy hours which reflect our culture and values.
- Welcome our new hires in our Biweekly onboarding by facilitating a workplace orientation.
- Craft operational practices and guidelines to remove workplace friction for our finixians
- Partner with IT to ensure the operational excellence of the conference rooms and internet.
- Support the VP of People and Head of Talent on new office openings as we continue to see hyper growth everything from location to decor. Oh the fun we’ll have!
- Manage our San Francisco Workplace Assistant who delivers mail and keeps our space tidy all with a smile.
- Ensure all safety measures are implemented and maintained for all procedures related to Covid.

- Someone who has at least 2 years in Workplace Management in a high growth environment.
