The role

The Workplace Operations Specialist will play a crucial role to ensure the internal operations at Zeus HQ and offices nationwide run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will do:

  • Greet clients, visitors, vendors and team members
  • Front desk responsibilities
  • Maintain the office and arrange necessary repairs and office modifications as needed
  • Be responsible for stocks of supplies, hardware & accessories, etc.
  • Manage cleaning crew M - F, catering vendors, and IT contractors
  • Manage all SF office catering needs
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries/mail
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Oversee internal expenses
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires & equipment purchases
