Global Zoom Phone Partner Delivery Manager
We are seeking an individual to drive external Zoom Phone Product Delivery to help the global partner ecosystem proactively identify & progress phone sales opportunities. The primary goal of the role is to develop and deliver training & strategic messaging to Zoom Partners to win more Zoom Phone business.
This role is intended to be very strategic and requires the experience and ability to relate to the complexity of the Zoom Partner Ecosystem consisting of Service Providers, Carriers, Agents, and Resellers, amongst others.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Sales leadership, Strategists, Specialists, Marketers and SEs to develop Zoom Phone competencies of Zoom Partners
Establish Zoom Phone learning paths for partners
Create & Deliver on-demand training content
Conduct live in-person and virtual Zoom Phone product & sales training
Deliver training to and for Channel Account Managers
Scale Zoom Phone influence through train-the-trainer programs
Enhance Zoom Phone external content and effective touch points in the sales cycle
Foster internal relationships to align training content of Zoom Phone as a strategic part of the business
Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom Phone subject matter expert
Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
Willingness to flex hours to support global partner events as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
SaaS Collaboration sales experience mostly in the areas of web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS
Must understand adult learning theories, instructional design models, synchronous and asynchronous delivery methods, and standard learning measurements
Must understand business telephony (Cloud & Premises PBX)
Experience with in-person and virtual training event coordination
5+ years of proven Sales Enablement experience
Sales leadership experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment
Consultative seller with strong business acumen
Excellent communicator
Strong presentation skills to create succinct and engaging sales messaging, training material and supporting documents
Experience leading others with product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Ability and aptitude to work within various medium to develop partner sellers
Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems to improve workflow
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
Zoom Phone experience a plus
Fluency in 2 or more languages a plus
Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
