The Revenue Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join our Measurement and Signals team. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee some of our largest and most strategic measurement and signals partners, engaging directly with external organizations to establish new partnerships and support existing partnerships that demonstrate the value of advertising with Snapchat

  • Work closely with various internal cross-functional peers, as well as our most strategic partners to develop education and trainings related to marketing on Snapchat 

  • Develop strong C-level relationships, using insights to inform strategies to grow our partners business and support our strategic priorities

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the Measurement and Signals Industry and drive thought leadership internally and externally

  • Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners, including on-boarding and proactively resolving business, technical, and integration issues and serving as an internal advocate

  • Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy

  • Work towards bi-annual OKRs such as advertiser & revenue growth, adoption of new technology solutions and driving solution adoption

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and ad-effectiveness measurement techniques

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally

  • Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities

  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting

  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to effectively work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, but thoughtfully escalate problem areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, business strategy, product marketing, product management, or partnerships 

  • Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field 

  • Experience defining, developing and leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams

  • Quantitative/analytical experience, specifically working in data or statistics 

  • Experience working as part of an international team

  • Strong product acumen

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
