Job Description:
 

Partner Marketing Manager 

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs with and through our strategic partners. You will develop and execute global partner marketing strategies to build joint pipeline, elevate Uniphore’s visibility within partner ecosystems, and enable field teams. You will be the primary marketing lead for our most strategic alliances, working closely with sales, partner teams, demand generation and product marketing to build co-marketing programs that drive pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Own the partner marketing strategy for a portfolio of global SI, ISV, and GSI partners  

  • Collaborate with Partner leaders to align co-marketing plans with joint business objectives and revenue goals. 

  • Design and execute co-branded marketing programs including digital campaigns, thought leadership, field activations, webinars, joint content, and third-party sponsorships. 

  • Develop joint solution positioning, assets and case studies to support co-sell and enable field teams 

  • Work closely with regional field marketing and sales teams to execute integrated plays that leverage partner reach and influence. 

  • Create and execute campaigns, in partnership with partner team members geared towards partner sellers on the value of partnering 

  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) planning and execution, ensuring strong ROI on partner investments. 

  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing to ensure partner activities are integrated across channels. 

  • Own, track and report on key partner metrics: influenced pipeline, sourced leads, campaign performance, and partner engagement. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 4-5+ years of B2B partner marketing experience, with proven success in working with SIs, ISVs, or GSIs in the tech industry. 

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market models, including co-sell, co-build, and co-market motions as well as writing skills.  

  • Demonstrated ability to create high-impact marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and brand influence. 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication and project management skills across sales, partner teams, demand gen, and product marketing. 

  • Proven success building and scaling co-marketing programs with partners (tech alliances, resellers, GSIs, etc.). 

  • Familiarity with the partners across the contact center, IT or AI space is a strong plus. 


 


Hiring Range:

$117,000 - $160,850 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
