Key Responsibilities

Solution & Enterprise Architecture

  • Drive architecture for complex initiatives in Marketing, Sales, Partner, Support, Finance and Legal domains
  • Own and evolve the architecture strategy, develop L1–L3 solution design documents
  • Align solution designs with enterprise architecture principles, technology strategy, and product roadmaps
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, ensuring solution integrity across programs
  • Translate abstract business needs into well-structured application, data, and process architectures
  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, scalability, and security
  • Document current state enterprise applications landscape and act as a data steward for the same

SaaS Vendor Evaluations & Proof of Concepts

  • Lead SaaS vendor assessments and PoCs to validate scalability, compliance, and enterprise fit
  • Provide recommendations based on business requirements, technical alignment, cost-benefit analysis, and integration feasibility
  • Partner with procurement, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to drive vendor strategy

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory needs, and platform strategy.
  • Guide teams through solution trade-offs and complex decision-making.
  • Lead architectural reviews, governance processes, and knowledge-sharing sessions across product and engineering.

Innovation & Emerging Technology

  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools into workflows, decision-making, and business processes.
  • Continuously assess emerging technologies and architecture trends to inform future-state architecture.
  • Drive adoption of modern SaaS and cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce to accelerate innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of experience across solution architecture, software development, and enterprise systems (or 8+ with a Master’s).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in Marketing, Sales, Partner, Support, Finance and Legal domains
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with or implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Certified Architect credentials required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing architecture or technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of partner relationship management, lead management, opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and related processes.
  • Hands-on experience implementing complex sales motions and partner models.
  • Expertise in SaaS solution design, vendor evaluations, and PoCs.
  • Demonstrated ability to align solution designs with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structured thinking.

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
