Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in executing day-to-day activities within the realm of our Workday Student consultancy.
- Become a functional expert, delving deep into current functionality, design concepts, and relevant touchpoints to steer projects in alignment with future product directions.
- Engage in sessions with clients to dissect business requirements, offer solutions to intricate challenges, and share invaluable knowledge.
- Develop innovative solutions that seamlessly align with client needs, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
- Actively contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture by disseminating product insights and enhancing our collective expertise.
- Support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews, ensuring design and build sign-offs are achieved.
- Identify strategies, assess risks, and propose approaches to meet client requirements effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, elevating our service standards.
- Support business development initiatives, participating in identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
- Serve as a functional expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating your academic and professional acumen.
- Showcase your expertise in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to address customer needs.
- Exhibit a passion for exceptional customer service, with strong communication and presentation skills to manage client expectations effectively.
- Leverage advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to enhance project outcomes.
- Demonstrate experience with Financial Aid or Student Financials modules in Workday, with certifications being a plus but not mandatory if substantial client-side expertise exists.
- Bring report writing experience to the table, further enriching your contributions to our team.
- Travel may be required, offering exciting opportunities to engage on-site as needed.
