Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800
Zone B: $171,300 - $228,400
Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What You'll Do
- Set vision and product strategy for how AI can transform video at Loom
- Partner with technical and research teams to drive core technology investments and partnerships.
- Build and ship innovative product experiences powered by generative AI, with a portfolio of small and big bets.
- Partner with product teams across Loom to drive innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users and the market to ensure we are building for customer needs and driving the business.
- Work across design, engineering, data, research, and marketing to define and ship the roadmap.
- Set team goals and north star metrics that align with Loom's mission and drive maximum impact on our users and business.
Your Background
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences and a track record of building successful products
- Strong working knowledge of technical systems, ML/AI principles and technologies, with a focus on generative models.
- You believe in the power of video and its ability to transform communication at work
- You're data-driven, with a willingness to get into the weeds
- You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- You make things happen. You manage ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way
- [Preferred] Experience shipping zero-to-one product
- [Preferred] Experience working on consumer or product-led growth B2B SaaS products
