The Role

Procurement Excellence provides leadership, insight, and support to the global procurement function to drive the implementation of next-generation procurement and deliver the company and procurement vision. Our ambition is to build best-in-class, harmonized and flawless practices, tools, and processes to support the Procurement Transformation program and contribute to the top line and bottom line of Dyson. As a Senior Negotiation Excellence Analyst, you’ll play a vital role supporting Dyson’s negotiation teams with data, research, and coordination. You’ll have opportunities to learn from experts and help build the commercial skills that drive our business. Your curiosity, detail-focus, and drive will directly impact Dyson’s ability to negotiate effectively and win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Preparation: Gather, analyse, and present relevant market, supplier, and negotiation data to help prepare for and inform negotiations.

  • Reporting & Tracking: Build dashboards and reports to track negotiation outcomes, performance, and trends.

  • Process Support: Support the negotiation process end-to-end—scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth workflows.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and bring fresh ideas to boost efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

  • Best Practice Research: Track industry trends, negotiation tactics, and digital tools—sharing findings with the team.

  • Capability Building: Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching for teams and leaders on negotiation analytics best practices, including real-world deal support.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams and provide general support to negotiation leads.

About You
  • Degree in business, economics, supply chain, data science or a related field.

  • Previous Experience/exposure to Procurement or Supply Chain activities is a plus.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, SQL knowledge.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in your work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Resourceful, curious, and quick to learn.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and resolve intricate issues

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, challenging environment

  • Team-first attitude—helpful, reliable, and respectful in all interactions.

  • Fluent oral and written English.
