Product Marketing is a critical function at Druva, as this role connects product strategy to the GTM engine needed to drive success in sales and marketing. You will collaborate with the rest of our world-class marketing team to develop innovative programs and campaigns that drive demand. You must be able to understand sophisticated technologies and translate these into compelling stories and concrete benefits that resonate with IT, security and business buyers.
An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. In addition to excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual, you track performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

Responsibilities:
● Product messaging and positioning: Develop differentiated content aligned to market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and product capabilities.
● Product launches and announcements: Working cross-functionally with product management, marketing and sales to build: launch plan, messaging, and a bill of material and executing on it from end to end: content development to field enablement.
● Developing and/or reviewing assets including, but not limited to datasheets, solution briefs, web pages, slides, white papers, videos, blogs, analyst and presentations and more.
● Understanding customer challenges, business drivers, Druva solutions and customer benefits in delivering impactful marketing outcomes.
● Support demand generation activities like webinars and content across the marketing funnel to drive pipeline for our security business, including our cyber, data security and governance offerings.
● Lead the security product portfolio.

Qualifications:

You have 10+ years experience in a B2B product marketing role with SaaS focus. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, solutions-focused with the following attributes:

● Deep understanding and experience in marketing security products - data security, cyber resilience, SIEM, or XDR. Backup and Data Protection experience is a plus.
● Strong understanding and experience in messaging and positioning SaaS value prop to IT and Security buyer personas
● Strong aptitude for distilling complex technical differentiators into simple, sticky stories
● Self-starter and a problem solver who works well within a team (both local and distributed)
● Positive attitude, works hard and are constantly looking to improve and learn
● You have strong project management skills and ability to structure and prioritize.
● You have a BA or BS degree; MBA a plus


The pay range for this position is expected to be between $212,000 and $296,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
