By building the operating system for every dental office in America, Dandy is empowering dentists with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practice, their people, and their patients.

We are seeking an exceptional, creative, and ambitious Product Marketing Lead to lead our segment marketing across key dental customer segments, including single-location, multi-location, and enterprise practices. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this highly visible role will closely collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for our key segments, encompassing segment-specific positioning, messaging frameworks, and collateral. This role is pivotal in equipping and training our marketing and commercial teams to communicate our unique value proposition to our customers effectively.

The ideal candidate is passionate about deeply understanding our customers (dentists, dental staff, and dental business leaders) and their needs, blending the art and science of compelling storytelling with innovative approaches to reach new dental audiences.

What You'll Do

Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to the needs of our dental customer segments, clearly differentiating Dandy’s value from competitors.

  • Partner with Web and Growth teams to build and iterate on segment-specific web experiences that attract, educate, and convert prospects at scale.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our web pages to drive acquisition efforts.

Segment Storytelling:

  • Shape the narrative and content by customer segment to capture new customers and expand our footprint with existing ones.

  • Create content for different stages of the buyer’s journey, including emails, web pages, datasheets, presentations, videos, and more.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling visual storytelling assets.

Customer Insights:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, key personas, and competitors in the dental lab space, and share insights with marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform our marketing strategy and segment-specific messaging.

  • Track market and competitive trends to inspire marketing strategies and experiments.

Sales Enablement:

  • Equip our enablement and sales teams with essential resources, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and videos, to effectively sell our dental lab offerings.

  • Partner with sales enablement to track and improve the performance of sales collateral.

  • Perform quarterly win-loss analyses to refine our marketing, sales, and product strategies by customer segment.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a technology or health science organization

  • A creative problem solver with an appetite to always be learning

  • Exceptional communication skills, especially writing. Strong presentation skills are highly preferred

  • Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help

  • Proven track record of juggling and prioritizing a number of key tasks, collaborating with other members of the marketing, sales, and product teams, while always thinking and working towards the strategic goals of the business and team

  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA or graduate degree is a plus

Bonus Points For

  • B2B SMB and Enterprise product marketing experience

  • You’re a self-starter and take ownership but in a collaborative and inclusive manner

  • Relentlessly positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work
