About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager on our Marketing Team, you will own the messaging and positioning for one or more of our verticals or product lines, build the content and collateral that moves deals forward, and help define how Cover Genius shows up in the market. To drive success in this role, you will have 3 to 5 years in product marketing (ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a platform business) and a track record of making complex technical products legible to non-technical buyers.

As a Product Marketing Manager you will develop messaging frameworks, create sales enablement content, run competitive analysis, and partner with our Product team on promoting activation and adoption.  Regular collaboration with sales, product, design, and the broader marketing team will be key in ensuring deals are moved forward, messaging gaps are closed quickly, and positioning stays sharp as the market evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own messaging frameworks for assigned verticals, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented narratives for enterprise buyers.

  • Create and maintain key sales enablement content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and RFP responses.

  • Run ongoing competitive analysis to ensure our positioning remains sharp and relevant as the market evolves.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design to understand win/loss dynamics, position new capabilities around business outcomes, and bring content to life across channels.

  • Partner with our Product team on promoting activation and adoption for existing capabilities, while driving enablement with the GTM team.

  • Leveraging AI to compress the feedback loop between field insights and updated collateral.

What you will bring

  • 3 to 5 years in product marketing, ideally in a B2B2C SaaS, fintech, or platform business.

  • Demonstrated experience driving GTM enablement and partnering with the Product team on promoting activation and adoption.

  • Track record of taking a complex, technical product and making it legible to a non-technical buyer as part of creating enterprise-facing sales collateral that has directly supported revenue.

  • Evidence of leading AI tool adoption in a marketing context, not just personal use, but helping a team level up.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable.

What you will have

  • Strong writer: You can move between a strategic positioning document and a punchy one-pager without losing the thread.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: we're building a category, which means the playbook isn't always written yet.

  • Analytically sharp: You think in frameworks and don't rely on assumptions. You use data to validate messaging bets, know how to measure what matters, and are quick to pivot or A/B test your approach when the metrics tell you there's room for improvement.

  • Collaborative by default: PMM at Cover Genius is a force multiplier for sales, account management, product, and the broader marketing team—you will actively drive cross-functional partnership to achieve objectives.
