We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to strengthen the Product and Engineering organization at monday.com. You will join the Product Operations team and play a key role in building scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling data-driven product decisions. Reporting to the Head of Product & Engineering Operations, you’ll act as a connector between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams — ensuring that strategy, execution, and customer impact stay tightly aligned.

- 4+ years of experience in Product Operations at large scale, Product Management, or a related role in a scaling organization- a must.
- Proven track record of process design, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience managing product management tools and workflows (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Aha!, etc.).
- A mindset of continuous improvement and impact orientation
