Associate Product Manager - Identity, Security, and Compliance

YOUR MISSION
As an Associate Product Manager on MURAL’s Enterprise Team, you will:
- Work closely with more senior Product Managers on identity, security and compliance related features...for example SSO, SCIM, BYOK, eDiscovery, and more.
- Help gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders in Sales, Services and Support.
- Monitor and respond to high-volume of incoming customer and internal stakeholder requests and questions (via Slack, Jiras, zoom meetings) on feature / bug status.
- Collaborate with the product team of engineers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features, enhancements and bug fixes.
- Help to write product specification documents
- Help support go-to market activities for new feature releases.
YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following:
- Passion to get into a Product Management career at a collaboration software company.
- +2 years of relevant technical work experience at a software company with a background in Solutions Engineering or delivery, PMM or authentication and/or other application security features.
- BA / BS college degree (or higher).
- Natural aptitude for systems thinking.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration across many stakeholders and different teams.
- Comfortable processing large amounts of incoming product feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
