About the role

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll own the roadmap of our spending accounts across all platforms. You will drive product vision, work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, engineering, etc.), and influence multiple teams to create 0-1 features and support existing spending and money management products. 


You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking key performance metrics such as spend engagement and product monetization. We’re looking for strong entrepreneurial product managers who have a knack for data analytics, can think big and execute on a vision, and excel in ambiguity while navigating processes as a means to deliver on your vision. 

What you'll be doing

  • Be part of the Retail Banking team that manages and develops new customer-facing features that can showcase the benefits of being both a fintech and a licensed bank 
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, marketing, operations, finance and risk to design and build solutions for the most critical customer and organizational problems
  • Manage product and feature launches with stakeholders across the business to ensure your features land seamlessly with customers and colleagues 
  • Roll up your sleeves to remove barriers and obstacles hindering the team's ability to ship or pull your own data for an analysis that helps prioritize the right feature
  • Manage the profitability and overall performance for your features, ensuring that your product meets or beats your targets

Required skills, experiences, and traits

  • Delivered solutions to customer problems that have driven tangible impacts to customers’ lives and to company profitability
  • Strong execution capability and ability to wear multiple hats to drive work to completion
  • Ability to influence and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels
  • A passion for building software and strong technical intuition
  • An analytical mindset with an ability and interest to mine and manipulate data using SQL and analytics tools
  • You are detail-oriented with great organizational skills
  • You approach problems and products with an “owner’s mentality”
  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or other relevant role
