The Chief Product Officer at Sendoso is a rare opportunity for a strategic leader to make an incredible impact at a venture-backed startup with a huge addressable market opportunity. Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all of product, growth, and design.
• Develop and own the product roadmap for the company.
• Deliver a compelling product experience for customers by collaborating with the engineering, design and customer facing teams.
• Leverage customer insights and shape product vision to go from concept to live product.
• Determine metrics to track, questions to ask, identify opportunities based on data, and build a plan to execute.
• Serve as a thought leader and strategy driver for the team along with the CEO and executive team.
• Lead and grow an amazing team - managing recruiting, staffing, mentoring, maintaining and bettering a best-in-class product team that loves the work they do.

Experience

• Have 15+ years managing product and design teams.
• Previous CPO or VP Product at a Series B or higher or public company.
• Have proven outcomes in building and growing multiple product lines.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing a product go-to-market strategy.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is a must.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Proven communication and leadership skills to inspire, influence and motivate both direct reports and cross-functional partners.
• Thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a fast-moving startup.

• Experience interpreting market trends and developing your own vision.
• Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery.
• Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
