As the Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of 16+ Product Managers and work closely alongside engineering, design and data science teams to drive the roadmap and product strategy for the consumer facing features at Wish.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the roadmap and product strategy for consumer side of Wish
• Manage a team of 16+ Product Managers
• Define and manage team processes
• Help evaluate results of A/B experimentation
• Help evaluate new proposals from product viability and UX perspective
• Define high level goals and metrics that measure the value and success of various initiatives and of the Wish consumer experience as a whole. 
• Mentor Product Managers and mid level PM leaders
• Drive hiring for new members to the team
• Be intensely data driven in prioritizing and evaluating the results of all work

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• 10+ years experience overall with 5+ years of experience in product management with 3+ years as a people manager
• Have led large consumer apps with 10s of millions of users
• 3+ in a mature A/B testing environment with significant hands-on experience running experiments.
• Have strong PM skills and can drive significant products personally as a IC when needed
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data driven approach to problem solving
• Not afraid to roll up sleeves to analyze data hands on in SQL/Python/R environment
• Passionate can do attitude. Not afraid to try, learn, and improve, ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Not afraid to try bold, risky experiments.
• Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities

Nice-to-haves:

• 5+ years of experience in consumer facing e-commerce products
• Start up experience
• Mobile gaming experience
